All items are shipped to you from a smoke-free environment.
We accept online orders/payment via Paypal and are also happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Your payment is processed through our SSL Secure Payment Processor. Any payment information that you submit to us will not be sold or distributed to third party establishments under any circumstances.
If you prefer not to purchase online, you may email your order to CustomerService@LayneJames.com. Payments for email orders are accepted by check, cash or money order. Please note that your payment must completely clear the bank before any order will be shipped.

Please allow approximately 15 business days for completion of your custom item. This DOES NOT include shipping time. Orders are completed as soon as possible and often times ship out much sooner than predicted. Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days. On occasion, your order time may be extended if a supply is out of stock. In this event, you will be contacted with the estimated turnaround time.
Expedited shipping is offered for an additional fee if you need an item shipped within 5 business days of order date and we have the item in stock. Simply add the listing for "RUSH ORDER" to your shopping cart along with your intended product purchase and let us know when you will need the order. You may enter the details into the Special Instructions box upon checkout.
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, depending on weight. Tracking is included in your shipping cost at no additional cost. Insurance will be automatically added for no additional fee on orders over $50. Please understand that we are no longer responsible for your package once it is in the hands of the USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customized items are non-returnable unless we make a mistake with the personalization. Please contact us immediately (withing 3 days) upon receipt of your order if there is a problem.
Returns are accepted on non-customized items within 3 days of receipt. You must email us at CustomerService@LayneJames.com for return instructions prior to mailing your return. Items must be in unused, original condition for the return to be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
